Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 21 days of delivery (only 7 days for marked down items).
For online returns, once your return is approved and a label is emailed to you, you must ship your item back within 7 days. After 7 days, the label will be voided and the return will no longer be accepted, even if you ship your order back.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 5-10 business days after our receipt of your return for your refund to show.

Free standard shipping on orders over $100.

Orders under $100 are charged shipping based on package weight and delivery location.

A $5 return fee applies to all online returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Outbound shipping charges are nonrefundable.

The $5 return fee applies even if your original order qualified for free shipping.

Exchanges of equal or greater value are free (no return fee).
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Footwear must be unworn and returned in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order lookup by name/email)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear. All returns and exchanges are subject to approval at our discretion.
In-Store Returns & Exchanges
Receipts are not required if we can locate your purchase in our system using the purchaser’s name or email.
Returns or exchanges without proof of purchase will not be accepted.
Price Adjustments and Damages

Damages: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
