This Fair Isle sweater is one of the most iconic styles in Marine Layer's Coastal Merino collection: a whole line of sweaters that take heritage yarns and soften them up with a California twist. Knit with donegal yarn for classic flecks of color you don’t usually find in a Fair Isle, it’s thick but luxuriously soft, and dyed in colors inspired by the California coastline. This is not a sweater you only wear at a holiday party: it’s an heirloom you’ll be wearing for years to come.

The sweater is knit with a special blend of Marine Layer's Coastal Merino wool that adds extra loft, more buttery softness, and durability that helps the sweater hold its shape. Which is good, because you’ll be wearing it for a long time.
