Marine Layer has created the softest waffle henley ever created (probably). It's a medium weight that's perfect for going between seasons, and has all the classic henley style that is great for layering under button downs well into fall. Hard to beat a classic done right.
This fabric is actually a double-knit: smooth on the inside with all the waffle texture out facing the world. By the way it's also amazingly soft and comfortable.
